½ module –Electrical

Device body is made from 18/8 Cr-Nİ stainless steel stone plate.

Baskets are made from frying wire, they are covered with tin which is suitable for health standards and handle is protected for heating

There is oil evacuation system with safety valve at front panel.

Temperature control with 100-180°C thermostats is available and there is another safety thermostat.

All electrical and control equipment are suitable to international standards.
